Agriculture employs roughly a third of Bangladesh's workforce and feeds a population of over 170 million, yet it remains under intense pressure. About 83% of farmers are smallholders cultivating fragmented plots, which makes modern, data-driven practices hard to adopt at scale. Groundwater depletion acute in the northwest Barind Tract combined with erratic monsoons, floods, coastal salinity intrusion, and recurring drought, makes yields increasingly unpredictable. After harvest, weak cold-chain and storage infrastructure and a fragmented supply chain waste up to a quarter of what farmers grow. The result is a persistent gap between production capacity and real farmer income.

AesthiTech works with agribusinesses, cooperatives, and agri-startups across Bangladesh to close that gap with custom software, IoT, and AI built for local realities low-cost hardware, intermittent connectivity, and Bangla-first, mobile-first interfaces that smallholders can actually use.
